As the year winds down, we’ve been looking back at the most-read learning blogs that resonated with our readers. Not just the ones that got clicks, but the ones that sparked conversation, debate and a few uncomfortable questions. This is the first in a short countdown, starting at number 10 and working our way up to the top.

Looking back is part of good learning

That’s where this countdown comes from.
Rather than publishing another prediction piece or trend list, we wanted to look at what already landed. The ideas people spent time with. The questions that kept coming up in conversations with L&D teams.
