Following a rigorous tender process, Popcorn successfully completed a learning needs analysis within the UK division of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business. The team at Popcorn were quickly and effectively able to gain an understanding of our business and our training position by getting out to our client sites and meeting leaders, managers, and frontline employees. This was invaluable as an exercise where they were able to really get under the skin of our culture, something that would not have been possible through a desktop exercise alone.
A completely new approach was agreed, and all the training material needed for our QHSE Induction was created from scratch, based in part on the knowledge Popcorn gained through their comprehensive learning needs analysis.
The content was created in a timely manner, and we were able to make use of our existing learning management system to keep implementation simple. The feedback from the business, especially the frontline, has been overwhelmingly positive, and I genuinely believe Popcorn has enabled our business to improve health, safety and wellbeing for our employees. Popcorn have done an incredible job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
